Development of key competencies in vocational education and training

Projektbeschreibung

The aim of this project is to analyze students’ situation in vocational schools and their career chances, in terms of challenges on the labor market and possibilities of promoting youth activity. Applied research will help to develop and implement a coherent and complementary set of educational organisation and advisory impacts, aiming to increase the importance of vocational schools and vocational education (e.g. innovative training activities, advisory services, analytical research, information technology).

As the main result of this program of entrepreneurship for students of vocational schools as well as a coaching model for youth in terms of vocational education will be developed.
