With regards to the research question, it is propounded that, social diversities are currently a field of training and the exercising of social work. It is pertinent to reflect and reconsider these within the framework of social, cultural, economic and political conditions prevailing in today's world, since not doing it could result in Social Work being reduced to performing administrative and aid interventions with little social impact. This shift in the understanding of subjects and in the ideals of social transformation modifies what could be conceived as an Intercultural Social Work and raises questions regarding curricula and professional practice.
