Applied Research Projects on Counseling: „Family balance coaching - psychosocial support for families seeking a work-life balance”

Projektbeschreibung

Based on an analysis of demand concerning family counseling, a “family balance coaching” concept is to be developed, focusing on improving families´ work-life balance. As a systemic coaching concept, the counseling addresses the whole family as a multidimensional system with different developmental stages.

The project includes two types of transnational activities – analyses of counseling practice in this field and transfer of new solutions in their adaptation into a new model. At the same time, the new concept will be implemented in the practice and evaluated. The evidence based implementation of the objectives of transnational cooperation will be measured and discussed.
